If you’re here for a specific issue, such as pain or swelling, we’ll shift the focus to that concern and ensure you're comfortable as we diagnose and treat the problem.

Full-mouth digital X-rays
Periodontal (gum) evaluation
Oral cancer screening
Discussion of your dental history, goals, and concerns

New Patient Special
We want your first visit to be both welcoming and affordable. That’s why we offer our New Patient Special for just $99, which includes:
- Complete dental exam
- Full set of X-rays
No insurance? No problem. This offer is a great way to get started with a full picture of your oral health—without the financial stress.
Emergency Appointment
Tooth pain, swelling, or dental trauma? We offer same-day emergency appointments and a flat-rate $49 Emergency Special, which includes:
- Emergency exam
- Digital X-rays
- Fast diagnosis
- Treatment planning to get you out of pain quickly

Phoenix Dental is in-network with many major PPO plans. Please note that insurance statuses are subject to change, and we’ll verify and explain your coverage prior to treatment so there are no surprises. We accept most PPO plans and will file all claims on your behalf.

Office Policies & Financial Disclaimers
Insurance Coverage Disclaimer
Insurance coverage is provided as an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Actual coverage may vary based on:
- Unmet deductibles
- Annual maximum limits
- Plan-specific reimbursement rates
The guarantor (patient or responsible party) is fully responsible for all fees not covered by insurance. All payments are due at the time of service.
Fee estimates are valid for 60 days from the date they are provided and are non-binding until the actual date of service.
In-Office Specials Policy
To qualify for any in-office promotional pricing (including new patient and emergency specials), recommended treatment must be:
- Accepted and
- Initiated on the same day as your visit
If treatment is postponed, promotional pricing may no longer apply.
Broken Appointment Policy
We value your time and work hard to run an efficient schedule for all patients. When you book an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Failure to attend or cancel without adequate notice may result in a broken appointment fee of $50.00 per appointment.
